The villa is located near the town of Monterchi in the province of Arezzo. Monterchi is a medieval village that houses a very famous painting, the 'Madonna del Parto' by the renowned painter Piero della Francesca from Arezzo.

The villa has 10 beds and is located in the green Tuscan countryside. A beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and complete privacy characterize the property.
The property is actually made up of the villa and an ancient medieval tower with its own entrance. The tower in fact dates back to 1600 and was completely restored.
