The villa is located a few kilometers from Monterchi in Tiber Valley on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Monterchi is a small medieval town rich in history and charm. The Polenta festival in September is the most important folkloric events.

The villa has 12 beds and is located not far from the town of Monterchi. The villa has a view on the surrounding countryside and total privacy for guests.
The villa was built to the late eighteenth century and has been completely restored. Luxury furniture, antique furnishings and Internet connection. The park surrounding the villa is several acres and therefore guests can enjoy a large garden exclusive of 10000 square meters.
For guests, a large swimming pool (12 x 6 meters), tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue, a table tennis, bicycles, outdoor bathroom near the pool.
