The luxury villa is situated in the famous Val d'Orcia, near the historic town of Pienza.

One of UNESCO's World Heritage sites, Pienza historic centre is rich in monuments to visit, the most famous being Piccolomini Palace, the summer residence of Pope Pius II, Piazza Pio II and the Duomo.

Particularly interesting is the promenade on the city walls, which affords spellbinding views of the surrounding landscapes.


The villa has been skilfully renovated using original materials and with an eye to preserving its original style and ancient atmosphere.

The fields that surround the villa are cultivated with organic methods.

Guests can freely pick the fruit and vegetables cultivated in the organic vegetable garden that lies a few metres from the beautiful pergola (which is accessed from the living room). The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the wide private garden with panoramic swimming pool. A wood-burning oven for cooking pizzas and homemade bread is under the porch.
