The villa, a manor house dating to the early 19th century, is immersed in the woods and olive groves that surround San Donato in Fronzano, a village near Reggello (Florence).

Many people know Reggello just because of the "The Mall", one of the most famous outlet villages in central Italy, but actually, the village offers many things to see and to do.
Reggello developed in the Middle Ages as a market town and it is to that period that its most interesting monuments date.
The imposing Abbey of Vallombrosa, for instance, dates back to the 11th century, when the Florentine Saint Giovanni Gualberto retreated in Vallombrosa and founded the order of the Vallombrosan Benedictine monks. The complex has been enlarged over the centuries and at present is a real "spiritual citadel" in the woods, with a centre for spirituality and religious culture open to everybody, an ancient pharmacy and a spirits shop selling herb liquors the monks produce following ancient recipes.


Perched in a panoramic setting at an altitude of 400 metres, the villa overlooks the valley of the Arno and the Chianti hills.

It has been recently renovated and elegantly furnished with period furniture and offers six large bedrooms and a single bedroom, five bathrooms, a large kitchen with fireplace, a dining room, three living areas, a large game room with a pool table and a wonderful panoramic garden with a terrace furnished for dining al fresco in spring and summer.

A beautiful garden with a wide panoramic terrace furnished with a glass table and some chairs for having meals al fresco surrounds the villa. The terrace overhangs the large swimming pool surrounded by a wide deck for sunbathing in the utmost peace. A tennis court with a lighting system and a shadowed area ideal for relaxing in the hottest hours of the day are at the back of the building.

The road leading to the villa is paved up to the gate to the property. A wide parking lot is at guests' disposal.
