The villa is located in the Upper Valdarno near Arezzo a few kilometers from Bucine and Montevarchi. Montevarchi has four museums to visit, including the paleontological museum. In addition, there is Villa Masini where Roberto Benigni filmed some scenes of the film 'Life is Beautiful'.

The elegant villa is located in a panoramic position in the countryside of Arezzo and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
